Banana Pudding Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 bananas
- 1 TB pure maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- vanilla wafer cookies
Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cups strawberries 12-14 strawberries, tops removed
- 2 whole graham crackers cookie sheets
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Ingredients
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 TB peanut butter
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
Banana Pudding Ice Cream Instructions:
- Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, vanilla, and bananas, until smooth.
- Spread in loaf pan and sprinkle with crushed nilla wafers.
- Freeze.
Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Directions:
- Blend cottage cheese, honey, and half of the strawberries until smooth.
- Take the other half of the strawberries and chop into smaller pieces. Stir into batter.
- Spread in loaf pan and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
- Freeze.
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Instructions:
- Blend cottage cheese, honey, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir chocolate chips into batter.
- Spread in loaf pan and freeze.
