Ingredients
- 24 ounces cottage cheese about 623 g
- 1 package cream cheese softened, about 8 ounces
- ⅓ cup taco seasoning
- ¼ cup sour cream 57.5 g
- 1 romaine heart thinly sliced
- 1 medium tomato diced
- ¼ cup green onion diced
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper seeded, diced
- 1 cup black olives sliced
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ medium lime squeezed
Instructions
- To a blender, add cottage cheese, cream cheese, and taco seasoning. Blend until creamy and all ingredients are incorporated.
- Spread mixture evenly onto a serving platter.
- Add sour cream. Spread evenly over the top of the mixture.
- Add each of the chopped vegetables in a layer, starting with lettuce. Follow with tomato, green onions, jalapeno, black olives, and shredded cheese.
- Drizzle lime juice over the top of the mixture. Serve with chips for dipping.
