Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, husked and carefully cut into 1 ½-inch sections
- 1 recipe cowboy butter, melted
- Parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.* Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, leaving enough room on the ends of the foil to create a packet.
- Place the corn onto the lined baking sheet. Brush each section of corn with the melted cowboy butter, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Wrap the corn in the aluminum foil, creating a large packet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- After baking, carefully open the aluminum foil. Broil the corn for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove corn from the oven. Brush the remaining cowboy butter over each section. (Reheat butter if necessary.)
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- *Air Fryer Instructions:
- This recipe will also work for Grilled Corn and corn made in the microwave.
- Brush sections of corn with the melted cowboy butter.
- Place the corn into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer. (Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may have to work in batches.)
- Air fry corn at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove corn from air fryer. Brush with more melted cowboy butter. Garnish with parsley.
