Easy delicious bean, corn, and avocado salad perfect for a fresh and healthy Tex Mex dip!

Ingredients
- 1 black eyed peas 15.5-ounce can, drained
- 1 white corn 15.25-ounce can, drained
- 2 cups Roma tomato diced
- 2-3 avocado diced, large
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 3 tablespoons Italian dressing I used original style, bottled
- 3 tablespoons lime juice fresh
- 3 tablespoons green onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. Cover and chill until serving with tortilla chips.
