  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 16 ounces imitation crabmeat chopped
  • 1 cup peas thawed, frozen
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup green bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup green onion sliced
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise fat-free
  • cup Italian salad dressing
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese grated

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl combine pasta, crab, peas, broccoli, pepper and onion.
  2. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, salad dressing and cheese. Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 3-5 days.
  • If the salad becomes dry after a few days, add more salad dressing to revive creaminess.
  • Tossing noodles in oil after cooking can reduce how much dressing they absorb.
