Crab Rangoon Crescent Cups
Description
This recipe starts by blending cream cheese and mayonnaise with fresh lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce to create a tangy, smooth base. Green onions and garlic add sharp aromatic notes, while shredded mozzarella cheese introduces mild richness. The mixture is gently folded with drained crab meat to preserve the texture of the seafood throughout the filling.
The filling is spooned into small cups formed by pressing crescent roll square pieces into a mini muffin pan. The addition of extra mozzarella on top during baking adds a melted cheese crust. Baking at 375°F for 12 minutes cooks the dough to a golden brown and melds flavors without drying the filling. After cooling slightly for easy removal, these cups serve well as appetizers or party snacks with their crisp, tender shells enclosing creamy crab filling.
