Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe
Description
The Cranberry Brie Bites Recipe uses mini phyllo shells as a crisp base to hold small chunks of Brie, which melt in the oven to create a luscious, creamy filling. A spoonful of cranberry sauce adds a bright, tart contrast, while the sprinkled pistachios contribute a crunchy texture and a subtle nutty flavor. The brief bake time ensures the Brie softens without overcooking the delicate shells.
These bites are best served warm, making them suitable for holiday parties or as an elegant snack. Their manageable size invites easy sharing and pairs well with wine or sparkling beverages. The combination of sweet and savory elements showcases a balance that appeals to diverse palates.
Ingredients
- 1 box phyllo dough Athens mini shells
- 4 ounces Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce homemade or store bought
- 3 tablespoons pistachio chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place the Athens Mini Fillo Shells on a baking sheet.
- Cut the brie into small 1/2 teaspoon-sized chunks and place one in each mini fillo shell. Bake for 5 minutes, until the brie is melted.
- Remove from the oven and dollop a scant spoonful of cranberry sauce on each little brie tart. Sprinkle with pistachios and serve warm.
