Cranberry Fluff
Description
This recipe starts by finely dicing fresh cranberries and mixing them with stevia sweetener, then refrigerating the mixture overnight. This step softens the berries and lets the sweetness penetrate, mitigating tartness. Crushed pineapple and chopped pecans are folded into the cranberries, contributing sweetness and nutty crunch.
Mini marshmallows add a chewy, sweet texture, and whipped topping binds the ingredients into a creamy, fluffy composition suitable for spooning as a side or dessert. The dessert is served chilled and can be refrigerated after combining to enhance flavor and texture fusion.
Often prepared for holiday celebrations, Cranberry Fluff brings a refreshing fruity component to meals that might include richer dishes, providing a contrast in both flavor and texture.
