Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 10 ounces cranberries fresh, about 2 cups
- 1 prig rosemary fresh, optional
Instructions
- Combine water, sugar, cranberries, and rosemary (if desired) in a medium saucepan.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Simmer, mashing cranberries every few minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 5-7 minutes.
- Let cool and strain, if desired.
