Crazy Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

This dip blends softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise as a creamy base mixed with garlic, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, chopped spinach, and marinated artichoke hearts. The mixture is baked until bubbly, forming a rich and cheesy spread that pairs well with chips or crackers. It offers a hearty texture and melded flavors of spinach and artichoke in every bite.

Description

Crazy Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip uses a combination of cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to create a smooth, creamy foundation. When combined with pressed garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, and generous amounts of spinach and artichoke hearts, it develops a savory and hearty character. Baking the dip at 400°F allows the cheese to melt and bubble, creating a light golden crust atop a warm, rich filling. The spinach and artichoke add subtle earthy and tangy notes that complement the creamy cheeses.

This dip is ideal as an appetizer or snack, served immediately with chips or crackers for scooping. Its creamy texture and flavorful blend make it a convenient choice to bring to gatherings or enjoy as a comforting side treat. The preparation involves simply mixing and baking, making it accessible for home cooks.
