Cream Cheese Bacon Puff Pastry Appetizer Recipe
Description
The Cream Cheese Bacon Puff Pastry Appetizer uses pre-made puff pastry cut into squares as its base. Each square is spread with cream cheese, providing a smooth, tangy layer that pairs with the salty, cubed bacon sprinkled on top.
Baking at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes crisps the puff pastry until golden brown, while lightly cooking the bacon and warming the cream cheese without losing its texture. The result is a flaky, buttery shell with savory toppings.
These appetizers are served warm and suit casual gatherings or as finger foods before a meal. The small size and simple ingredients make them quick to prepare from freezer or fresh pastry sheets.
