  • 2 egg large
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup banana about 3 large bananas, mashed ripe
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg

Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon butter salted
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar plus 2 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease two 8 1/2- by 4 1/2-inch loaf pans with cooking spray and set aside.
