Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onion chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 flour tortillas 8-inch size

Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together except for the cream cheese and the tortillas in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cream cheese and mix until combined.
- Place the tortillas on a work surface.
- Spread a ½ inch layer of the filling on top of the tortilla.
- Roll up the tortilla holding it together tightly with your fingers.
- Slice the roll into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Cream cheese roll ups can be made the night before and chilled in the fridge before slicing and serving.
