Ingredients
- 4 figs halved
- 1 dates can use 2 if using small dates
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 cup milk chilled
Instructions
- Place the figs, dates, almond butter and milk in the blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

- Colder smoothie: If you would like a colder smoothie, freeze the figs before using in the recipe.
- No fresh figs: If fresh figs are not available, buy frozen figs. You can also use dried figs. If they are too hard, soak them in water for some time before blending.
- Vegan Variation: To make this fig smoothie vegan, use almond milk.
