Creamy Avocado Salsa Recipe

This creamy avocado salsa blends ripe avocados, tangy tomatillos, and serrano chile into a smooth, mildly spicy sauce with Mexican cream and garlic for depth. The blend is smooth and creamy, with a fresh, bright flavor from the tomatillos and a subtle kick from the chile. It's perfect as a dip, topping for tacos, or a flavorful addition to grilled dishes. Chilling the salsa allows the flavors to meld, enhancing its richness.

Description

Creamy Avocado Salsa Recipe combines ripe avocados and tomatillos for a smooth, creamy salsa with a mild heat from serrano chile. Mexican cream and garlic add richness and savory depth to this freshly blended sauce. The tomatillos provide a distinctive tartness that balances the mellow avocado. Blending all the ingredients until very smooth creates a sauce ideal for serving alongside grilled meats, as a dip, or as a topping for Mexican dishes.

The preparation includes peeling and blending all fresh ingredients, then chilling the salsa for at least an hour to let the flavors unify. This resting step enhances the creamy texture and allows the seasoning to develop fully.

Adjusting salt after chilling ensures balanced flavor. To prevent browning, tightly cover the salsa or add a splash of lime juice if desired. The level of heat can be modified by adding more serrano chile or substituting jalapeño peppers, depending on taste preferences.
