Ingredients
- 12 Ritz cracker or Saltines
- 4 Spreadable Cheese Wedges e.g. The Laughing Cow
- Mini Sweet Pepper, Olive and/or Pickle cut small
Instructions
- Take a cracker in your hand and spread some of the cheese wedge over the cracker. Repeat the process with all crackers.
- Pick your topping and cut it small. This can be olives, mini bell pepper or pickles or all mixed together. The topping is optional.
- Place some of the topping over the creamy cheese crackers. You can leave some of the crackers (for kids or picky eaters) out or top them all.
- Place crackers on a serving tray and serve at room temperature
