Instructions
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning to taste!
- Enjoy this crema with tacos, chips, salads or anything you desire!
Notes
- Notes Instead of cashews, feel free to use almonds or avocado! We decided to use multiple delicious herbs from my garden! You can do it too and customize your chimichurri crema. Traditionally there is a large amount of parsley in it, so feel free to do that! Mix it up, it will all be delicious!! Adjust ANY and all seasonings to taste. Customize it to fit the needs of the dish you’re making. Store the chimichurri-inspired crema in a jar in the fridge for 3 – 5 days!
