Creamy Cilantro Dressing
Description
This dressing starts by blending roughly chopped cilantro with olive oil, lime or lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, and salt until smooth, delivering a vibrant green base. Adding sour cream and mayonnaise enriches the mixture, balancing herb sharpness with creamy texture and slight tang. The dressing is chilled before serving to let flavors meld.
The result is a versatile, richly textured sauce that coats salads or can be used as a flavorful dip or condiment. Its combination of fresh herbs and dairy components creates a refreshing yet smooth profile. Storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator keeps it fresh for up to a week.
