Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 6.5 oz clam reserving 3 tbsp of juice, canned, chopped
  • 2 baby bell peppers finely chopped, small
  • 1 shallot finely chopped, small
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1-2 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt sea salt, to taste
  • tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the sour cream and cream cheese in a small bowl then whisk together until creamy and smooth.
  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Taste and season with salt if needed.
  3. Serve with pita chips and rye crisps. Enjoy.
