This easy coleslaw is creamy and delicious – one of the best side dishes to serve with salmon patties.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1 tablespoon1 apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 bag of coleslaw mix
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, onion powder, celery seeds, apple cider vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Add the coleslaw mix and toss until coated.
- Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator or at least 1 hour. (You can store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.)
- To serve, remove the slaw from the fridge and toss briefly before serving.
