  • 20 radish 2 bunches), trimmed and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chives 1 bunch), chopped, or green onion
  • 3/4 cup sour cream *
  • 3/4 tsp salt or add to taste, sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium salad bowl, combine sliced cucumbers, sliced radishes and chopped green onion.
  2. Just before serving, add 3/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 tsp salt or add salt to taste. Stir to coat the salad in dressing. 

Notes

  • Regular sour cream provides the fullest flavor, but low-fat sour cream or plain Greek yogurt can be used as lighter alternatives.
