  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • dill for garnish, fresh
  • crushed red pepper for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the feta cheese, Greek Yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper in the bowl of a small food processor. Process until smooth and creamy with no chunks of feta remaining.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and use a spoon to create a swirl on top of the dip. Drizzle extra olive oil on top and scatter with fresh dill and crushed red pepper.
  3. Serve with toasted bread, crackers and vegetables.

Notes

  • Store the dip in an airtight container refrigerated for up to one week.
  • It can be made up to three days ahead and should be brought to room temperature before serving to soften.
