Ingredients
- 500 grams dried pasta such as fusilli, penne, bowtie, etc
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 250 grams prosciutto 1/2 lb, thinly sliced into 1/2" strips
- 2 medium garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream whipping
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese finely grated plus more for garnish
- 1/2 cup basil leaves fresh, thinly sliced
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper fresh ground
