Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

- Top the gnocchi with shaved Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Notes
- Two 12-ounce packets of RANA skillet gnocchi were used, but any skillet gnocchi can work.
- Olive oil can be replaced with 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter for a richer flavor.
