Ingredients
SALAD
- 1 apple cut into small pieces
- 1 1/2 cup grapes
- 1 peach cut into small pieces
- 2 cup strawberries cut into quarter
DRESSING
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 2 Tablespoons condensed milk
- 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl mix mango pulp, heavy cream and condensed milk. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large mixing bowl combine apple, peaches, strawberries and grapes
- Add the chilled mango cream mixture and mix until well combined.
- Serve this chilled salad in a dessert glass or bowl.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sweetened condensed milk according to your taste Add more mango pulp for a dark mango color and taste
