Ingredients

Servings
  • 10 oz spinach thawed and excess liquid squeezed out, frozen, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream full fat for Keto, light
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise full fat, check labels for Keto, light
  • 1/3 cup parmigiano reggiano
  • 1/4 cup scallion (chopped)
  • black pepper fresh, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Can be made one day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  3. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Makes about 2 cups.
