Ingredients
Smoothie:
- 2 cups peach nectar juice no sugar added
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 banana fresh or frozen - sliced
- 1 cup vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups peach chunks fresh or frozen or canned (if canned, choose in juice not syrup)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- zest of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
Garnish:
- Lime slices and mint sprigs

Instructions
- Place all the smoothie ingredients in the blender. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour into two glasses and serve, garnished with lime and mint if desired.
