A must-make healthy and creamy green banana smoothie with turmeric, ginger, pineapple, seeds, and nut milk. It's a nourishing breakfast or snack for any day of the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 green banana peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Juice from about ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger freshly grated
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powdered
  • 1 cup pineapple 160 grams, chopped, fresh or frozen, diced
  • 1 cup almond milk 225 ml, unsweetened, dairy-free milk; or hazelnut milk or walnut milk
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds 37 grams, roasted or raw, hulled, unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons collagen powder optional, unflavored, or protein powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until you get a beautiful creamy smoothie.
  2. Taste-test the smoothie. Add extra pineapple if you prefer it sweeter.
  3. Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy!
