  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
