Creamy Tomato Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp grainy dijon mustard
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp tabasco
- 1 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- In a high-sided pot, add two tablespoons of tomato paste, two tablespoons of mustard, and one tablespoon of Dijon mustard.
- Start cooking over medium heat, whisking constantly to ensure the ingredients don’t stick to the bottom.
- After 2-3 minutes, add one cup of white wine and keep whisking.
- When the sauce darkens and has reduced by 2/3, add 1 cup of cream and continue whisking.
- Add one teaspoon of Tabasco, along with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- When the sauce begins to thicken, add one tablespoon of butter and mix well.
