Ingredients
- 8 tomato red and yellow, sliced into wedges, large
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup yogurt plain, Greek
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
- 2 tablespoons dill chopped, fresh
- 1/4 cup green onions chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- Pinch black pepper or to taste

Instructions
- Combine sour cream, greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and dill in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir and set aside.
