- organic fruit freeze, it'll thaw by lunch, box or pouch packaging
Lunch #2 | Traditional
- turkey organic whole wheat bread; sandwich form
- provolone cheese
- whole wheat bread
- carrot chips
- protein bar
- yogurt in tube packaging
- banana
- whole grain chips
- strawberry milk or chocolate
- Lindt chocolate antioxidants, right!?, couple of balls
Lunch #3 | Non-Traditional
- ham I like Applegate, rolled up with a toothpick, uncured, honey smoked
- dill pickles petite
- grape tomatoes
- nut crackers again trying to get a bit of protein in him, Nut-Thins brand
- Chocolate Chip Cookies make these ahead of time, freeze them in packs of two and toss them straight from the freezer into the lunch box, they’ll be perfectly thawed by lunchtime, chewy
- juice in pouch packaging
Lunch #4 | Traditional, Leftovers
- pepperoni pizza wrapped in wax paper, leftover
- Chips
- banana
- fruit leather
- Chocolate Chip Cookies chewy
- strawberry milk
Lunch #5 | Non-Traditional
- cocktail sausages Lil' Franks Smokies brand
- BBQ sauce or other dipping sauce
- strawberries
- celery or other nut or sun-butter, with peanut butter
- Popcorn organic
- Brownie Sandwich Cookie with cookie dough frosting
- juice Milk or Water, in pouch packaging
- Don't forget the fork or toothpick
Lunch #6 | Traditional and Non-Traditional
- tortilla a little butter, cheese, heat on both sides, place in bag, for grilled quesadilla - two tortillas
- chip making a buffer between the warm and cold, placed on top of warm quesadilla
- Popcorn making a buffer between the warm and cold, placed on top of warm quesadilla
- snap peas fresh
- watermelon
- yogurt
- Brownie Sandwich Cookie
- milk strawberry or chocolate or water
Instructions
- Assemble lunches as desired into lunch boxes or paper bags, bento boxes or whatever your child uses. Place a freezer block in to keep things cool. Send them off with a kiss and a hug and remind them how much you love them!
