These easy and delicious Crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Wings are air-fried to perfection and then tossed in homemade buffalo sauce!

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds chicken wings cut into drummettes and flats
- ⅓ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Optional Blue Cheese Dressing and celery sticks

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Cut each chicken wing into 3 separate pieces, discarding the wing tips and keeping only the drummettes and flats.
- Add the pieces into a mixing bowl, then sprinkle the baking powder and garlic salt over the tops. Toss to combine, making sure each wing is well coated. Place the wings in your preheated air fryer basket, that's been sprayed with olive oil.
- Air fry @ 400°F for 18-20 minutes or until almost completely cooked through. I recommend using a meat thermometer to make sure they reach at least 165°F.
- Pour the cooked wings into a mixing bowl. Pour the buffalo wing sauce over the top. Toss them in the wing sauce, then place them back into the air fryer basket and air fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove and serve with (optional) blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
Notes
- You are welcome to skip the last step if you'd like. I like cooking them for a few extra minutes to allow the buffalo wing sauce to bake into the skin.
