Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings
Description
The wings are tossed in olive oil and spices, then cooked in a hot air fryer basket to ensure even crisping. Cooking involves flipping halfway to make sure both sides develop crunchiness while the interior reaches a safe temperature of 165°F. The air fryer method reduces fat compared to deep frying while achieving a textured skin.
The finishing honey buffalo sauce delivers sweetness with mellow heat and a slight tang from Worcestershire, brushed onto the hot wings before serving. This dish works well as a snack, appetizer, or casual meal component.
