Description
This recipe starts by preheating the oven and mixing melted butter with panko breadcrumbs, shredded Parmesan, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful breading. Halved Brussels sprouts are rinsed, dried, and evenly tossed with this mixture to coat thoroughly. They are spread out on a baking sheet and roasted at a high temperature.

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons butter melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine butter, Panko, parmesan and garlic in a large bowl.
- Rinse Brussels sprouts and dry well. Cut in half if they are large.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with parmesan mixture and spread onto a large baking sheet.
- Roast 10 minutes. Stir the Brussels and roast an additional 10-15 minutes or until crumbs are browned and the Brussels sprouts are tender.
Notes
- Choose Brussels sprouts of similar size for even cooking; cut larger ones in half.
- Press any leftover breadcrumb mixture onto sprouts before roasting to maximize coating.
