  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine butter, Panko, parmesan and garlic in a large bowl.
  3. Rinse Brussels sprouts and dry well. Cut in half if they are large.
  4. Toss Brussels sprouts with parmesan mixture and spread onto a large baking sheet.
  5. Roast 10 minutes. Stir the Brussels and roast an additional 10-15 minutes or until crumbs are browned and the Brussels sprouts are tender.

Notes

  • Choose Brussels sprouts of similar size for even cooking; cut larger ones in half.
  • Press any leftover breadcrumb mixture onto sprouts before roasting to maximize coating.
  • Cooking time may vary depending on sprout size; smaller ones need less time, larger ones more.
