  • 1 Large broccoli chopped into florets, head
  • 2 Large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 Cup almond flour
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/4 Cup cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the 2 Large Eggs and 1 tablespoon Milk and set aside. In another bowl, stir together the 1/2 Cup Almond Flour, 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese , 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder, and 1/4 teaspoon Salt.  
  2. Preheat oven to 400F and prepare a sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper.
  3. Cut the 1 Large Head Broccoli into florets. Dip a floret in the egg mixture and then the almond flour mixture until completely coated.
  4. Place on the sheet pan and repeat until you use all the florets. Sprinkle with 1/4 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese . Bake for 10-15 minutes

Notes

  • Use fresh broccoli and ensure it is thoroughly washed before cutting into bite-sized florets.
  • Grate Parmesan and cheddar cheese yourself if possible for better melting and flavor integration.
