Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs skin on
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Italian seasonings
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and keep aside.
- In a small bowl mix the spices; salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasonings, garlic powder.
- Pat dry the chicken thighs with the kitchen towel and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
- Brush the chicken thighs with olive oil. Sprinkle the prepared spice mix over the thighs and coat them evenly.
- Bake the chicken thighs for 30-35 minutes until the skins turn crispy and golden.
- Transfer the crispy chicken thighs to a platter to serve them hot.
