Ingredients

  • 5 potato scrubbed and cut into strips
  • 2 Tablespoons salt
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons steak seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes into strips and place in a large bowl with cold water.
  2. Stir in salk and allow potatoes to soak in the water for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
  3. Drain and pat dry the potatoes.
  4. Preheat oven to 400F.
  5. Place the potato strips in a clean bowl and toss with the olive oil, seasoning, and shredded cheese.
  6. Spread fries out on two greased cookie sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through baking.
  7. When fries turn golden brown, remove from oven and serve.
