Ingredients

Servings
  • 2.5 pounds russet potato washed (4-6 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a spiralizer with the wide blade attachment, slice the potatoes into long thin flat ribbons. It’s ok if they break into shorter segments as they drop.
  3. Move the potato ribbons into the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Then toss the ribbons to coat evenly in the seasoning. Spread the ribbons out across the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Carefully flip and bake another 10-15 minutes, until golden on top. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with steaks, chicken, or pork chops. Or serve crispy potato ribbons as an appetizer with creamy aioli!

  • You can store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • I recommend reheating in an oven to make crispy again.
