Crispy Roasted Potatoes

Crispy Roasted Potatoes feature a mix of potatoes seasoned with salt, garlic powder, fresh rosemary, dried parsley, and vegetable oil, then baked at 400°F until golden and crisp. Cutting the potatoes into uniform pieces helps achieve even roasting and a satisfying crisp outside with a tender interior. This method suits both oven baking and air frying for versatility.

Description

Crispy Roasted Potatoes combine a medley of potatoes seasoned with garlic powder, fresh rosemary, and dried parsley to create a balanced herbal flavor. The vegetable oil helps develop a golden, crisp crust while the interior stays soft and fluffy. Baking at 400°F for 45 minutes allows thorough cooking and a crunchy exterior, while air frying at the same temperature takes about 15 minutes for a similar result.

These roasted potatoes make a versatile side dish suitable for many meals. Their combination of herbs adds freshness and depth to the otherwise simple preparation. They can complement roasted meats or a vegetarian main.

Using medley potatoes is preferred for their flavor variety, but regular potatoes work well too if washed and scrubbed. Cutting larger potatoes into 6-8 pieces and smaller ones into 4 pieces ensures even cooking. Lining the baking tray with foil makes clean-up easier. Adjust seasonings as desired for your taste.
