Crock Pot Artichoke Crab Dip

This Crock Pot Artichoke Crab Dip combines tender chopped artichoke hearts, creamy cream cheese, lump crab meat, and Parmesan cheese with fresh green onions and a touch of lemon juice. Slow-cooked on low heat until melted and combined, it offers a rich, creamy texture ideal for dipping. The warm dip complements baguette slices or butter crackers, making it a practical choice for gathering or snacking.

Description

Crock Pot Artichoke Crab Dip blends artichoke hearts, cream cheese, crab meat, Parmesan, and green onions for a warm, creamy appetizer. The combination of tangy lemon juice and savory Parmesan enhances the mild sweetness of crab and the earthiness of artichokes. Cooking it slowly in the crock pot softens the cream cheese and melds flavors while allowing easy serving and reheating. This dip’s texture is smooth and rich, perfect for spreading or dipping.

Typically served warm, it pairs well with crunchy baguette slices or buttery crackers that contrast its creaminess. It's suitable for casual gatherings or relaxed entertaining where guests can serve themselves.

The recipe notes mention the dip can be kept in the crock pot on warm for about an hour after cooking, aiding in timing your event and keeping it ready to serve without drying out.
