  • 1 pound beef stew meat cubed
  • 1 beef stew seasoning 1.5 ounce packet
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 onion diced, large
  • 3 garlic minced, cloves
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup carrot diced
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup corn frozen
  • 1 cup Green bean cut into 1 inch pieces, fresh
  • 1 pound potato cubed
  • 1 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1 diced tomato drained, petite, canned
  • 1 cup White beans drained and rinsed, canned
  • Italian parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place beef into slow cooker, add seasoning, bay leaves and Worcestershire sauce. Mix to combine.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except the white beans. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover, cook on high for 6-8 hours or cook on low for 12 hours.
  4. Stir in the beans 30 minutes before serving.
  5. Garnish with parsley, serve & enjoy!
