Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing From Scratch
Description
Crock Pot Chicken and Stuffing From Scratch uses boneless chicken breasts cooked slowly with a creamy blend of cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, and chicken stock, seasoned with parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. The addition of homemade stuffing mix integrates texture and flavor around the chicken while green beans placed on top add a fresh vegetable component. Cooking on low or high heat allows the chicken to cook gently, soaking up the sauce, and the stuffing to absorb moisture and develop a soft, comforting texture.
The dish offers a hearty mix of creamy and savory flavors combined with tender chicken and softened green beans. It is cooked entirely in the crock pot, making it ideal for hands-off preparation. It can be served on its own as a complete meal with the vegetables and stuffing providing a well-rounded plate.
