  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 oz cheese tortellini
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • parsley fresh, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Add everything to the crock pot except the tortellini.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Remove chicken, shred and stir into the crock pot.
  4. 30 minutes before ready to eat stir in the tortellini.
  5. Cover and cook until soft.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley.
  7. Enjoy!
