Crock Pot Crack Chicken
Description
This recipe places chicken breasts, chicken broth, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning in a slow cooker to simmer until the chicken is tender. The cream cheese melts into the broth and seasoning to form a rich sauce. After cooking, the chicken is shredded and stirred back into the creamy mixture.
Bacon crumbles, shredded cheddar, and green onions are added last, providing salty, cheesy, and fresh elements that balance the creamy, tangy sauce. The slow cooking ensures the chicken is moist and flavorful throughout.
Crock Pot Crack Chicken can be served warm on buns for sandwiches or in bowls for a low-prep meal. Its creamy texture and rich flavors make it versatile for casual meals. It is especially convenient for slow-cooker meal prep.
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breast boneless, skinless
