Crock Pot Grape Jelly Meatballs

Crock Pot Grape Jelly Meatballs combine frozen meatballs cooked slowly in a sauce made from grape jelly and chili sauce, with an optional hint of cayenne pepper for subtle heat. The slow cooking blends sweet and tangy flavors into the meatballs, creating a tender, sticky appetizer or main dish with minimal effort.

Description

This recipe simmers grape jelly and chili sauce together to form a glossy sauce, optionally spiced with cayenne pepper. The mixture is poured over frozen meatballs placed in a slow cooker and cooked on low to allow the flavors to meld and the meatballs to heat through thoroughly.

The slow cooking process tenderizes the meatballs while allowing the sweet and tangy sauce to coat them fully. This dish requires little active preparation, making it convenient for gatherings or casual meals.

These meatballs can be served as an appetizer at parties or alongside rice or bread for a simple meal.

Leftover meatballs can be stored refrigerated for 3 to 4 days or frozen up to 4 months.
