Try this hearty ham and bean soup crock pot recipe. Slow Cooker ham and bean soup is quick and easy. Crock pot ham and beans will be a hit with the family!

Ingredients
- (1) 16 oz. dry white beans package
- 1 lb ham cubed
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrot sliced
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine everything into the slow cooker.
- Stir and cover.
- Heat on low for 6-8 hours or until beans are cooked and soft.
- Serves 6-8
- Note: I do not wash and rinse my beans, but you certainly can do this.
Notes
- You do not have to soak the beans the night before.
