Crock Pot Hamburger Helper Recipe

Report
Crock Pot Hamburger Helper is a slow-cooked one-pot meal combining browned ground beef, diced vegetables, pasta, tomatoes, and cheese. The ingredients meld over hours to create a creamy, savory casserole with tender macaroni and rich flavors, ideal for hands-off cooking.

Description

This recipe begins by browning ground beef then transferring it to a slow cooker along with diced onion and red bell pepper. Garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper add seasoning. Crushed tomatoes, milk, and beef broth form the base liquid for cooking the pasta.

The mixture cooks on low or high until vegetables soften and flavors combine. Pasta is added near the end of cooking and simmers until tender, absorbing the liquid. Finally, shredded cheddar cheese is stirred in to melt, creating a creamy texture.

The dish is served immediately, showcasing a gooey, cheesy meal combining protein, vegetables, and starch in one pot. It offers a comforting and convenient dinner option suitable for families.

A simple side salad or steamed green beans complement the dish for added vegetables and freshness.
