Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops (boneless)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix garlic, honey, chicken broth, and rice wine vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. Pour this mixture over the pork chops in the slow cooker and cover.
  4. Cook on LOW heat setting for 4-5 hours, or until fork-tender. Remove pork chops from slow cooker, and place on a plate; cover to keep warm.
  5. In a small bowl, stir cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of the cooking liquid until well blended; stir into sauce in slow cooker. 
  6. Cook on Low heat setting 3 to 5 minutes or until thickened. 
  7. Serve pork chops with the sauce poured on top.

Notes

  • Refrigerate the leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
