Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and brown the pork chops on both sides.
- Place the browned pork chops in the Crock-Pot. Pour chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup over the chops.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until the pork chops are tender.
